A few extra aches and pains are normal as we grow older. But pain in the legs, which makes walking difficult, could be the first sign of a potentially debilitating condition called intermittent claudication.
CoQ10 is a natural coenzyme found in every cell of the body. According to Dr. Robert Atkins in his new book, “Dr. Atkins’ Vita Nutrient Solution”, all organs with high energy demands need a lot of CoQ10. One research study shows that 87% of 126 cardiomyopathy patients displayed noticeable improvement in heart function, with virtually no side effects, after taking 100 mg of CoQ10 per day.
Each year over four million Americans are diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, or GAD and women are more likely to be affected than men. GAD is a relatively common anxiety problem that turns daily life into a state of constant worry, anxiety and fear.
